Makes me think I might look elsewhere for my tax needs, next year. Had nothing but problems with Turbo Tax this year…..did not file,…..want my money back……will NEVER use them again.

• Twice before TurboTax almost made me switched, one time was printing, the other time was not allowing to install on more than one computer.
• Note — it does not monitor changes with UPS or FedEx-only addresses or private mailboxes.
• After their servers whizzed and processed our info for about 30 seconds or so, we reached the final step, adding our monitored information.
• Also — we were never really told what IDnotify was specifically monitoring for beyond “privacy or reputation risks.” Take that for what it’s worth.
• All the figures were incorrect including the tax bracket as I do not file as low income so it isn’t figured automatically.

That’s a little land mine up under ‘save as’ if you’re in a hurry, where I guess I had been, I mistakenly clicked that. There’s no way to recover or resave and people on the forum, responding, were clueless. And that little ‘save text’ option isn’t always up there. I’ve needed to hire a CPA to transfer all the information from a PDF file. I was charged over $100 after all the service fees and upsales. In the end I wasn’t even able to file.
